Hello! I just got a shelf with grow lights attached to them, and they have 3 different settings. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference of what the lights do. One is like a red/blue light. Another is like a white green type light and the other is a mix of both all together.

red light helps with flowering and fruiting, blue light promotes leaf growth, and the white/green setting mimics the natural daylight, which is good for just general plant health
