Just got this from the store. Looked fine under their lighting. Got it home to find this. I have another anthurium and it doesn’t look like this. Anyone know what these dots are? It’s not on all the foliage but a lot of it. It’s also on the newest leaf

Anything under the leaf or at the ‘ears’ at the top? Looks like water spots to me!🙏
