is my orchid ok? about 6 blooms have started dying off in the last few days but i don't think ive over watered it

Just the blooms dying of, nothing to worry about!

Blooms should last around 6 months. So if you bought it with the blooms there is no good way to know how longs it’s been blooming. I always try to by them with as many closed buds as possible for longest blooming time. One thing to keep an eye out for are white powdery pests called mealy bugs. They are hard to control once you have them and they will kill the blooms in a hurry. (Keep them sprayed off the leaves and buds and isolate the plant) It doesn’t look to me like you have that issue at this point. So just keep enjoying the blooms while they last!
