They used to be called Wilsonara, but now all Wilsonara are renamed either Oncidium or Oncostele. #### Jen svarade den 2026-10-11 Wilsonara hybrids are a sub-set of Oncidium. I think you’re thinking of Odontoglossum or Cochlioda, which are all just considered ‘oncidium’ now. #### Wes Z svarade den 2026-10-11 It’s just when I tried to ID it, I found “Wilsonara and Colmanara are both man-made orchid hybrids belonging to the Oncidium alliance, though modern botanical taxonomy has reclassified both names under the broader Oncidium genus (or related groupings like Oncostele).” #### Jen svarade den 2026-10-12 Yes, they just kind of mashed all the different specific hybrids under one big umbrella.
