It’s a new leaf. Probably not as excited as you would be for a flower spike, but it is a good indication that you are giving your plant the care it needs and that it’s growing well. A phal can’t grow a new spike until there’s room on the stem for it, so the more leaves it grows, the better it’s preparing for flowers. So… 🥳
