There’s still green so there’s a chance! Those two roots actually don’t look bad

I also always say that healthy roots grow healthy leaves and those roots look great!

Maybe try putting her in a smaller pot so she can focus on growing leaves instead of roots

I wouldn’t repot right now- the less disruption the better. This plant has been through a LOT.

I kinda just dumped her pot out, let her soak in water for the entire night, then soaked her entirely in hydrogen peroxide. I’m about to repot ;~;

Should I dip the little ‘brown part’ under the orchid in rooting hormone?

Couldn’t hurt. There are also powders and supplements to help minimize shock to the plant. Maybe invest in that as well

That area looks pretty dead. It might not grow any roots but those top ones look amazing

Really? Should I chop off the brown part as well as those yellow dried fragments of leaves I cut?
