Is it my imagination or is the happy sap particularly abundant this year? I’m glad they’re happy but this is kinda out of control.

Mine aren’t too terrible. Maybe it’s your environment- if I remember correctly, you are in a warm state, aren’t you? I’m in Chicago, so our weather has been pretty temperate. You know how much cattleyas can grow in the heat. 🤷🏻‍♀️

New growth showing a bit- but that’s probably the biggest producer. I was going to post later about my Keylime stars and its new sheeths. There’s just a touch on them as well.

We’ve been very hot so that’s probably what’s going on.
