Hello! I recently received this plant as a gift from a friend and I’m not completely sure what to do with it. This is my first plant and I was told it needed some TLC but I would really appreciate some tips to get her healthy again. Her name is Celeste! Thank you🩷💐

I’d check the roots to see if it needs repotting or fresh orchid bark. How often have you been watering? Do you use fertiliser?

The flowers look like they are starting to wilt. Don’t panic, it’s just part of the orchid’s lifecycle. When the flowers are finished, I would cut the flower spikes down to the base, giving your plant the opportunity to focus their energy on leaf and root growth. The leaves look pretty droopy as well- look at previous posts about repotting- now (or in the next couple weeks) is probably a really good time for that.
