My little yellow orchid’s bud is blooming (on the right). Will the left stem grow bigger? I’m new to orchids.

It will probably continue to produce buds. I would assume something similar to the other inflorescence

It depends on the plant, and the care, but yes! They can continue. I would make sure it stays fairly hydrated, as a phalaenopsis tend to be extra thirsty when creating flowers and while in bloom.
