I accidentally knocked off my orchid’s first rebirth of its stem 😭 what should I do? Can I propagate? Please help because I want her to thrive 🥺

I won’t worry too much. Most likely one of the nodes on the inflorescence will activate and continue the process. However you may not get as many flowers.

You can compost the tip. Orchids do not propagate that way.
