Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my orchid all of its flowers have fallen off and now it’s turning kind of pinkish.

It’s a natural part of the orchid’s cycle. Flowers fade and the inflorescence dies back. Just trim the inflorescence back to the base. Now’s a great time to repot.

Cut the stem off… cut it o where you can’t see the damaged part anymore
