What kind of potting soil do I need to repot my orchard plant?

I like to use orchid bark because I tend to be heavy handed with the water. The thicker the root, the bigger the chunk you’ll want. You can adjust the mix with sphagnum if you need it to hold more moisture.

A wonderful resource is Miss Orchid Girl on YouTube. She goes over all sorts of aspects of orchid care including media choices.
