Hello everyone. I have a sad Orchid that I’m going to try to save. I was going to attempt Leca as the potting medium.  
Anyone have experience with these, or advice to save my Orchid? The roots appear pretty much gone from the pot, but haven’t pulled it totally out.

Looks super dry. I haven’t used leca with orchids so no experience there but I would transition it by mixing 50% sphagnum and 50% leca. The main goal is to keep the mix light (don’t pack the sphagnum).
