Hello! About a two months ago I reported my orchid and it fell out of its pit and lost all of its leaves, ever since it has had zero growth and I don’t know how to encourage growth, any tips?

If roots are still healthy, you may be able to sprout new leaves by putting the plant in a dome type humid setting, like a prop box or terrarium type enclosure. Even a plastic bag could work. Also, fyi, one of my orchid leaves broke off about 80% of the way (my cat broke), and I put a tiny dot of super glue on it and it worked! Still green and healthy after a month! I figured, they use super glue in surgary on humans…worth a shot. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But you’d probably have to do it immediately.

The superglue idea is inspired!
