# These photos don’t show it as much as in person, but I received these…

These photos don’t show it as much as in person, but I received these two small orchids for my birthday last week and their leaves are a different color. I attached a photo of my yellow orchid that is doing great and it has dark green leaves that are very healthy. The two little one have leaves that are a very light lime color. They are a bit flimsy also. Any thoughts on how to help them?

It’s not unusual for different species or different complex hybrids of the same species to look slightly different. There are phalaenopsis with variegated leaves, ones with dark, almost purple-y ones, freckled to mottled leaves… as long as they are firm and unwrinkled, the leaves are healthy.
