# Hi guys I adopted a lil group today to go with my big lonely lithops.…

Hi guys I adopted a lil group today to go with my big lonely lithops. Well I was replanting them because the farmers market had totally drowned their soil today and I had an awkward feeling that was not in their best interest. During repotting I realized my container is too shallow and my lithops are really sticking out of the soil. Is that wrong? I never see any others potted like that.

I don’t know if it’s wrong but i would plant deeper. They have a relatively deep root system.

They definitely will do better in a deeper pot.
