It’s about that time. All of mine are under three years old so I’m not sure - even with the “right” conditions - flowers are a possibility.

Some quick Lithops trivia:

They can live to be 40+ years old; they get 20 inches or less of rain per year, and some “rely on mist or fog as their main source of moisture “ (Wisconsin Horticulture); there are at least 37 species and 145+ varieties of Lithops; most of their body is devoted handling and balancing water.
