# I was gifted with lithops a year ago. I love them. The largest one…

I was gifted with lithops a year ago. I love them. The largest one split so I didn’t water it since that started. I realize that I should have targeted some water at the other two smaller ones- they died off.

My question now is when do I water the new leaves? How long do I leave the mama plant intact- it’s getting very shriveled?

Pic one is a year ago. Pic two is this morning. Appreciate any help!
