Hi friends! This is Miss Lady, my first plant of this kind. I thought the woman told me this was a low care plant that did not need a lot of light or water but she isn’t doing so well. The app says she is under watered. Do trim off the sad leaves???

This looks like it might be an issue of not enough light. This picture looks pretty dark.

Thank you! I can definitely move it , it was getting pretty direct sun, but only for a few hours of the day
