# These are Alocasia Ninja \& Alocasia Melo corns and pups that were…

These are Alocasia Ninja \& Alocasia Melo corns and pups that were from plants that I recently got.

I am new to propagating, but have done a bit of research. Should I use water only, perlite, or moss? Which is better?

Put them in soil directly and they will grow will into new plants, that’s how it works with spider plants and string of hearts with their root bulbs.

I’ve heard that perlite or moss are both good options and it comes down to personal preference

I have had the best success with just pon and just water
