# What’s the best way i can propagate my baby toes when it’s all on one…

What’s the best way i can propagate my baby toes when it’s all on one stem? I’ve seen people propagate these with the “root clusters” but since I only have the “one root” or stem that it’s on is there a best approach? I’m scared i’m going to hurt my plant baby if i just cut it from the stem. Help! lol thanks!

I think this might be too small to cut off any part of it. May e wait until it is a bit taller and trim a piece off of the top?

that’s smart. at the very least i could start at the top and see how it behaves and if it grows back. thank you for the great idea!!
