I started this rubber plant propagation off about 4-6 months ago \& it isn’t thriving or getting going…any tips to ignite the action 🤪💔 it is right next to a window \& when I first cut it off the parent plan, I did it on a diagonal

That looks like an extremely long stem. I don’t see a node. A node will be located where there was an existing leaf. Was there a leaf anywhere along that stem?

Okay thank you - I’ve taken a new cutting to try again! This time shorter, a clear node \& two leafs at the top!

Sometimes they will randomly grow roots with zero node. But it just stays like that forever. This one you could cut it and inch below that bottom set of leaves, remove them and should get roots there.
