Here’s my Hoya cutting, Gwen, in her second month of bathing. My question is, are these secondary roots enough yet to give her soil? If not, about how long should I wait?

You don’t have to. I recommend not doing it.

This is way too big. Start with a 2 in pot if you’re going to pot just this cutting.
