What should I do? I was thinking of cutting up the top and then placing in the soil to make it bushier but I am new to this. Suggestions please!

I think its a mini zen plant ?? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I like the idea of cutting the top off, but I would root it in water if it can be rooted that way. I’m not an expert. But most things can be rooted in water first and then moved into dirt after they have a good root system. You can add root boost hormone to the water.
