Hi there, I just bought Rapid Rooter root plugs to try out for the first time. They came moist but do I still water them or just leave as is until enough roots form to stick the plug into soil?

Another question, I’m trying to grow seeds, do I let the soil completely dry out before re watering or keep it moist always before it sprouts? Very new to playing with plants, thanks in advance!
