# Hi! I bought a Horn Tree Jade plant today, and much to my surprise…

Hi! I bought a Horn Tree Jade plant today, and much to my surprise this little guy was already growing from a fallen leaf in the soil. I took it out and replanted in its own pot, any advice on how to make sure this grows into a full plant? Thanks!

Pot might be too big for such a little baby.

Unfortunately it’s the only one I had that wasn’t in use 😢

I would just run to a store and get a nursery pot, they’re cheap and you’re better off doing it sooner than later for this plant to thrive! I recently removed a baby monstera from my mature monstera plant and it’s thriving in its little pot and it’s bigger than this little guy in your photo
