Hey so my Chinese evergreen has these little babies coming out the soil but I’m not sure if it’s growing another plant or what these are from .. any help please

That looks to be a random sproutling of another species. Aglaonema babies will look like shoots, with stems the same color as the mother plant.

That’s weird because it’s fresh soil, repotted like a month ago. I didn’t mix the plant with any other plant.

Most likely this was something that was in the soil. Looks like a weed to me.

I agree with Roxy. I’d pull it. It was something left over in the soil.
