Any advice on how to separate these baby Chinese money plants? I’m not sure what the best way to separate them from the mother plant is and I don’t want to ruin them! Should I wait until they’re larger?

My money plant did this! I just gently pulled them out, with their roots and stuck them in water then later transferred to dirt

you could "repot" them. gently shimmy the pot around until the soil comes loose \& take out the babies. then put mama back in her pot with the same soil (or new soil, if you want a refresh)
