Tips on how to prop? I have one and want to start

I’d honestly try them straight into potting mix/perlite with a couple of nodes buried and keep the soil moist, these 3 nursery pots on the right spent about a week in water and no visible roots so I planted them and they’ve come up well (lost maybe 2/3 and 9 settled in)

These props in the water are also not showing roots with maybe one or two nodes poking, next thing to try for me is some rooting drops / powder to see if that helps them!
