I seem to have a bonus baby in my caladium “Hilo Beauty”. It’s not near any alocasia. All Hilo leaves come out with the pattern. Anyone know what it could be?

hmm not sure 100% but often the juvenile plants look very different from the mature ones — could be the same plant, just a baby. or it’s a stowaway- fun!

Genuinely looks like an alocasia baby though!

I meant to say, you’re right! It’s not a Hilo pup. I have tons on mine and they do start off even that small with their pattern so you are correct!
