# I just tore up my prayer plant (to water propagate what remains)…

_Posted by Cait2k3 on 2024-08-06_

I just tore up my prayer plant (to water propagate what remains) because it hadn’t been doing well for a long times I found these seeds or maybe corms. Is there anything I can do with them?

Those aren’t corms, they’re rhizomes. They help the plant store water and nutrients. You should leave them attached since they’re part of the root system :)
