# Forbidden celery, anyone? I’ve had this dumb cane for about 8 years…

Forbidden celery, anyone? I’ve had this dumb cane for about 8 years (mother plant is about 20 years old) and this is only my second time propagating. The root ball was quite impressive imo. Last time I prop’d was 3 years ago. Hoping for an even thicker stalk this time around. The thickest cutting is 1.5”

My mom has cut hers back multiple times. It goes from the floor to the ceiling and the leaves are MASSIVE.
