I rescued this poor jade plant from a local antique store but it's my first jade plant! Any tips to help her thrive? She was definitely thirsty so I watered her and got her in a Chucky soil under my grow light. She has a few small roots and some new growth at the very top

Thoughts?

That pot is way too large for her. They grow very shallow roots. She does look like she's trying to grow new leaves. The old leaves will likely fall off. Let her dry completely between watering and keep her brightly lit.

I have one that small (propogation) in a shot glass. Not sure what your roots look like, but agree big downsizing will help tremendously.
