!!! Let the cut end dry out/callus prior to placing into wet medium so that it does not rot.

Option 1: place in water with liquid or slow release pellet fertilizer

Option 2: place cutting in perlite and misting every couple of days or filled 1/3 of the way up

Option 3: sphagnum moss: wet moss completely, and squeeze access water out, place cutting in moss, keep moss most by misting or slow water drip or water when feeling dry

Best of luck!! I usually propagate mine in water and have good luck!! I use slow release fertilizer pellets. Be patient!! It takes time

Will you please tell me the exact name of the slow release fertilizer pellet you use and how many you put into one water propagation, and, if you add another pellet after a week or something?

Of course! This is what I use, depends on the size of plant. There are directions on the back but I usually do 2 for smaller plants and 3 for larger plants ☺️

I will usually dump the pellets when I switch the water which is every couple of weeks. Most people recommend changing the water weekly but I find that to be less beneficial. It’s all personal preference!

I recommend looking at tik tok tutorials too! They go step by step and show how long each step the user above shared requires :)
