My Father passed away and we've been gifted so many flowers, I want to know if I can propagate any of these for my garden/house?

The florist's kalanchoe / flaming Katy can probably be propagated; I just did that with a piece that broke off of one at my job.

Saving a plant from your arrangements is a wonderful way to remember your Dad. The picture with the pink and yellow flowers appears to be kalanchoe. It’s very possible that you have two full plants in that pot. I would pull the arrangement apart. If you have rooted plants I would repot each to its own pot. Then look up how to care for Kalanchoe. Good luck. And I’m sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry for your loss. When my father passed, I kept a peace lily from his funeral. A year later, it bloomed on his birthday. If one is among the mix, I highly recommend. Love to you and yours. Honoring your loved ones through other living things is so special.
