I have this propagated parrots beak plant that was given to me the other day. It’s in a little fruit cup with Saran Wrap over it. Am I on the right track with it? I’ve never had a propagated plant before. The end of it isn’t mushy or anything yet but it’s looking weird and want to make sure it’s normal or not or if I need to change something.

that may just be a bit of algae at the end. it happens 🤷‍♂️ but so far looks good! if it's not dying it's doing something!

It looks good! I just always suggest rooting hormone, too

It might be too late to apply exogenous auxin if it has already callused

Put aluminum foil on top of the plastic cover to exclude light from the end of the stem. Light exclusion helps roots grow and make sure the end does not dry out- it needs lots of humidity!
