I have a silver satin pothos vine that I accidentally snapped the roots off of when repotting. I was given advice to cut the vine in half and place in water with plant food and vitamins till it grows more roots, so I put a couple drops of each solution into this jar. However I’ve noticed the solution getting cloudy and a little stinky and think I see mold? What am I doing wrong? Edges of leaf starting to look strange.

no fertilizer until roots have formed! start it in just water

Adding ferts before the plant has roots can cause issues like you're seeing: cloudy water, algae, and mold. The ferts can also damage new roots before they have a chance to properly grow.

If I add anything to a water prop (normally I don't), it'll be rooting hormone powder.

Super thrive does mold/make algae like that when left in standing water.
