Just got this Hoya from a plant swap! Should I propagate in water or soil? Any tips?  
Also do y'all think it is a Hoya Carnosa Variegata? TYIA

You can propagate in either soil or water! I’ve also heard people have great success propagating hoya in sphagnum moss. I’ve only tried in water so far. My guess is that it’s a hoya pink princess but I am not super experienced in identifying plants 😊
