# is there a way to make it known to the app that i’m propagating my…

is there a way to make it known to the app that i’m propagating my plants? i have several propagations going and id like to put them into my app and keep a history on them but i’m not too sure how to go about doing that

You can just add the plant as you would any and put that it’s in no soil and just water.

I do this and set the care routine to water every 2 weeks so I remember to change out the water. Once it goes in soil, I change to every week to check that the soil is damp. Once it shows new growth, I let Planta do the schedule.

You can add the plant and change the soil to water that’s what I did for mine. Then I just create another plant or change it to soil when I add to it or pot it

It would be more convenient if we could track props in this app. I have multiple pothos props that may be combined later into one pot. It would be nice to track them separately then later “combine” them in the app as one plant.

yeah i’d like if i could specifically mark as a propagation in the event i do combine them later even just a combine feature would be cool
