Monstera propagation-
I’ve never done this before so be kind. Is this ready to be potted or do I keep it in the water longer? It’s winter here. It sprouted the second leaf but it’s not opened up yet. I’ve been changing water out every 4-5 days and adding root drops. Those roots look big to me but not what I imagined. I thought they’d be veining.

Looks like it’s doing well! I would recommend not potting it until that leaf is pushed out and fully grown. Try to time it between leaves being pushed out for the least shock when you move it to soil

I like to put my props in dirt after they have secondary roots (growing off those big, juicy ones)…

I also did that with my monstera propagation and it’s doing really well!!!

Thanks. It definitely has more than one root but it’s not got all those veins I see in pics/videos. They all look like what’s pictured. There are three as of now on this one. How long does it normally take to propagate one of these in water?

This one has been in water I think three weeks now.

It can take weeks to months depending on your conditions
