# Can I propagate this??😅 I had a cutting I was trying to propagate in…

Can I propagate this??😅

I had a cutting I was trying to propagate in leca but the leaf died and then the stem was dying so I took it out of the leca and threw it away, but when I dumped out the leca I found this. It looks like the only healthy little part of the plant that might hang out for dear life???

I’m not exactly sure if I can stick this in something very small with leca, or submerge in water to get roots to grow? Any advice??

I'd put it in perlite or moss

Do you mean like a small bowl filled with either perlite or moss? and water? Like you’d do with leca but with perlite or moss?

I was thinking perlite

Yes exactly. Just treat the perlite or moss like a soil.

i’d PERSONALLY put in in a shot glass of water. but they are also right up there.

Thank you! I put it in a very tiny to go container. I’ve done water propagating before, but I’m up for experimenting! We’ll see what happens
