I’m propping my pepperomia, and I have never done it before. When do I know that it’s ready for repotting? What are the cute little shoots coming out the bottom??

Those are tiny new leaves. I’d wait to pot until the roots are a big longer.

I always wait til I have like 4-5” but I hear 2” will do.
