# i’ve had these little vases and im wondering if they’d b good for…

i’ve had these little vases and im wondering if they’d b good for propagating spider plant pups? do opaque things not work? ive only ever used glasses but im struggling to keep my babys from sinking too much and i think the shape of these would b good for tht

These absolutely will work :)

Water props don’t HAVE to be in see through containers.

Some people even say that opaque containers are better because roots seek darkness!

You can propagate directly in soil. Spider babies quickly root in soil. They already have lots of aerial roots.
