# Is it just me or does anyone else break there plant this is my 4 time…

Is it just me or does anyone else break there plant this is my 4 time and is there anything I can do to prevent it from breaking

Shake them while they’re young every time you water to build their strength

\*gently,\* just a little bit back and forth, nothing crazy aggressive. My baby bunny bellies was really delicate too and I noticed a difference after doing this regularly 🤷🏻‍♂️ could just be in my head, who knows.

Tradescantias are fleshy plants and break off if mishandled. I’ve never heard of shaking to build strength. Sounds like you will loose more vines shaking them. Being careful while handling them is a sure method to prevent future breakage.
