# Hello everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows the best way you can…

Hello everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows the best way you can propagate Citronella or mosquito plant.

Ive been taking about 8in cuttings and placing them in a small pot with NO drainage and good dirt. Seems to be working but I dont see any roots and its been a couple months

Hi Jacob! I’ve recently had success with putting a cutting with two leaves and a stem of 3 inches in water and at a part sun part shade window sill. After two months it has rooted!

Thank you! Yeah just impatient as per usual. There’s definitely roots now haha but thanks for the tip
