# Hi I’m really trying to propagate black walnuts for trees this year……

Hi I’m really trying to propagate black walnuts for trees this year… my kids heard me and harvested them wayyyy too early, thinking I meant I wanted to do it right now… I have the nuts laid out in cold storage in my basement… is there any hope? They took so many while I was cutting the lawn.

if you strip the flesh off of the walnut \& put the seeds in a humid dome you should see roots in a few months
