I have two sprouts coming off from my fiddle fig root ball (under soil). Any tips on how to safely remove them from the root ball and plant them by themselves? I fear they have been pulling too much energy from the main stem.

Yay for babies! My fiddle just produced a new baby too! I plan on going a few inches under the soil with my fingers and cutting it there. As long as you have the little stem and node, you’re good to propagate. Stick them in some water until they grow roots, then plant away! 🌿
