# Hi! Looking for advice for my first ever propagation 😅 My Syngonium…

Hi! Looking for advice for my first ever propagation 😅

My Syngonium Albo is growing leggy and I would prefer it more bushy. It did just push out a new leaf, so I was waiting for that to harden. But it’s already pushing out another leaf.. do I need to wait?

What do I need to propagate it? Where do I cut/how many times?

It's so happy! 😍 You can totally cut it now! You'll probably have the best luck propagating them in a small glass of water. In the picture you will see I marked two good places to cut that will leave you with two good cuttings! Place them in a bright spot but make sure they don't get any direct sunlight. They should push out some roots in 2-4 weeks! 😍

This an okay spot or too close to window? Or I have a grow light should I put it under that?

Oh my goodness she’s gorgeous!! I adore my little syngonium albo- I cannot wait for it to be long enough like yours to be propagating!!
