# Could I propagate my Croton? The first picture is when I first got it…

Could I propagate my Croton?

The first picture is when I first got it (March 2024) and the second picture is it recently (January 2025). As you can see, it lost all is foliage over time, no matter how I’ve cared for it.

When I repotted it, it had separate bulbs and I replanted 3 of them. 2 died, hence the one remaining. I don’t think it’ll grow its leaves to the way it was, so I’m hoping to propagate.

If it’s possible, how would I do it? I’ve never done a propagation. I don’t wanna have to start over and buy a new plant!

My croton is acting the exact same way! So frustrating!

Actually cut a bit of stem with a leave then put it in water
