My success has been using petiole cuttings. I put them straight into a small nursery pot with the potting mix, water, and cover with a ziploc bag with just a little opening for air where the zip is. They like to be slightly moist at all times. But the petioles and small leaves can also just melt away with too much moisture. I tend to treat my begonia Rex similarly to my African violet in terms of watering. I don’t know if that’s correct but it works for me lol. I have done it more intuitively so I’m unsure of exact temps, sorry. I will say that they are more resilient than I was led to believe! My lack of measurements is proof of that. :)
